Friends will regret to learn of the death of Thomas H. McMILLAN at Colorado Springs on Friday eve. last. The eldest son of Hon. John McMILLAN, he was born at Campbellton (Rest. Co.) on 22nd Sept. 1853. He was educated at Collegiate school and university, Fredericton. He studied law in the office of late David Shank KERR, Q.C., was admitted an attorney in 1875 and called to the bar in 1877. He was a partner of Geo. B. SEELY of St. John. In September 1888, Mr McMillan was advised that his health was in a precarious condition and that the climate of Colorado would, in all probability, lead to his recovery, and from that time he has been in that state, accompanied by his brother, J. Fred McMILLAN. Mr. McMillan never married. His remains left Colorado Springs Saturday night and may be expected here Thursday or Friday next.
