J. Allan TURNER, captain of the Salvage Corps, is now in Boston and has been for about a month. It seems doubtful if he will return to St. John as he is known to be looking for work at the 'Hub'. Mr. Turner has only been captain of the Salvage Corps a short time. Mr. Turner was in the life insurance business but it did not prove remunerative. At election time he was an energetic Conservative worker and recently was an applicant for a position in the Savings Bank.
