The will of the late Jas. C. TURNER of this city was admitted for probate before Judge Straton this morn. and the widow and John W. SPURDEN appointed executrix and executor to the estate. The legacies include $1,000 to Asa C. TURNER of Woburn, Mass., the only surviving brother of the deceased. $500 to May F. HOPPER of West Unity, Ohio and $1,000 to the widow. Upon the widow's death the estate is to be realized and $200 paid to Arthur ESTEY son of the late H.G. ESTEY and $3,000 to the Fredericton Baptist Church and the balance to John William PERRY of Cole's Island (Queens Co.) (see original)
