d. Harvey (Albert Co.) July 21, Timothy BISHOP, 96th year. Possible for more than 3/4 of a century he has resided on one of our best farms which he took when a wilderness. It is now occupied by his son Deacon Ezra BISHOP with whom he lived till the end came. More than 50 years ago he was baptized by Rev. Wm Pulsifer into the fellowship of the First Harvey Church. He also served the church for many years in the deaconate. His wife was Lois EDGETT and 17 years ago she passed to the better land. Their remains lie side by side in the Bay View Cemetery. He was the father of ten children, six of them surviving him. Services were conducted at the home and cemetery on the day of burial.
