A Rockport, Me. correspondent writes: Samuel Frank MOORE s/o William MOORE and Mary MOORE, was born at Scotchtown (Queens Co.) N.B., Aug. 12th, 1861 and died of typhoid fever at Grand Junction, Colorado at 4:30 morn. Sept. 1st, 1892. He was converted in early life and shortly after went to Carleton Co. where he married Miss Mary KEARNEY of Bath. He, like many others, hearing glowing tales of the far west, went to Colorado some two years ago to seek his fortune. Reverses came and after three weeks of sickness tossed with fever, he passed peacefully away. He leaves a wife and child in the far west, parents, six brothers and three sisters.
