George MOFFAT, the blind organ grinder of Carleton (St. John) left his home some months ago. His wife heard from him at irregular intervals and last when he was at Bangor, Me. Since then a lot of his clothing and part of his organ has been returned by freight. A bottle of medicine partly full, with his clothing bears the stamp of a doctor in Bangor, who has been written asking for information. The proceedings are of a very strange nature and Mrs. Moffat is naturally anxious for an investigation.
