Mr. TAPLEY's funeral which took place from the residence of David TAPLEY, Esq. yesterday afternoon at half past 2 o'clock was largely attended. The remains were interred in the cemetery. During the day, flags were flying at half mast from the tugs in the harbor as a mark of respect for the deceased.
