Grand Manan (Charlotte Co.) Aug. 19 - On the eve. 18th inst., at the residence of the bride's father, Deacon Mark DAGGETT, Grand Harbor, Leavitt NEWTON of thr firm Newton Bros. and s/o Isaac NEWTON, was united in marriage to Miss Sarah DAGGETT, a young school teacher of that place, by Rev. Irvin D. Harvey, pastor of the F.B. Baptist Church. Mr. Newton was ably assisted by his brother, Frank NEWTON and the bridesmaid was Miss Grace BENSON of Everett, Mass. The groom's sister was Miss Grace NEWTON.
