The petition of Abraham E. KUPKEY was presented by James STRATON in the matter of Claude CAMERON, an infant under 21 years of age. The petitioner asked for an order to compel the guardian of the infant, Mrs. Elizabeth CAMERON to execute a deed of some property, situate in the village of Andover (Victoria Co.) From the petition it appeared that the guardian was appointed in 1883, and an order for the sale of the land made by Judge Weldon as judge in equity. But in this order the property was erroneously described as being bounded by the highway, whereas in fact it was bounded by the St. John river. (see original)
