Hopewell (Albert Co.) - Charles GILBERT, B.A., son of the former sheriff of this county and Joseph REED who was till late also sheriff, both being members of the Church of England, they were buried according to their rites, Mr. Gilbert at Hopewell Corner, Mr. Reed at New Horton. The funeral sermon was preacxhed at St. John's Church, Hopewell Hill by Rev. George Love.
