d. Knoxford (Carleton Co.) 10th inst., Hannah SHAW relict of John SHAW, late of Wakefield (Carleton Co.) Brother Shaw got his final rest some three years ago. Sister Shaw had seemed home-sick ever since. She was carefully nursed by her daughter. She was in her 90th year. She leaves 10 children. Brother and Sister Shaw were members of the F.C. Baptist Church of Victoria Corner for 50 years; some say they were among the charter members of the church. Sister Shaw was a half-sister to Rev. C. McMULLIN. Her remains were buried beside those of her husband in the old Victoria Corner burial ground. Her funeral was conducted by Rev. T.S. Vanwart.
