On Wednesday last, Joseph HANDY left St. Andrews with his two younger children, intending to leave one of them with a sister in Portland, Maine and the other with relatives in Boston. The children were in the best of health when they departed here, and it was a terrible surprise when a telegram on Tuesday from their father at Portland, Me. reported that Louie HANDY, a bright active little fellow, had died the night previously and that he would be buried the next day. The cause of death was not stated. Mr. Handy's cup of bitterness would seem to be well nigh overflowing, he having lost wife, mother, wife and child within a few weeks or months of each other.
