Intelligence was received yesterday of the death of Fred W. BROWN, late coillector of customs at Grand Falls (Victoria Co.) which office he held for twenty years, an enterprising business man. Mr. Brown was a member of the Board of Agriculture and was about 67 years of age. His wife was Miss HAMMOND of Saint John. The body will be brought to the city for interment and the funeral will take place probably on Tuesday next from residence of Sheriff Harding.
