We learn from 'St. Andrews Standard' that David GIBSON, a strictly temperate and industrious inhabitant of that town, came to his death Saturday night by falling over a bank on his way home about 8 o'clock. He was not discovered until Sunday morn. but from all appearance, he had been instantly killed by the fall.
