d. Baillie, St. James (Charlotte Co.) 1st inst., James MILLIGAN, age 66, native of County Down, Ireland and has been a resident of this Province upwards 40 years. He was a member of the Masonic Fraternity, and would have been buried with Masonic rites, as he requested, had it not been that many of the members of the Sussex Lodge were on military duty at the time of his death.
