Some months since, Sarah GODFREY, a coloured woman, threw a brick bat at another coloured woman named Mary BYERS of Charlottetown, P.E.I. The blow was recieved on the back of the head and caused the death of the latter 6th inst. A warrant on the charge of wilful murder has been issued.
