A happy event took place eve. Jan. 1st at the residence of Robert GILLESPIE, Tower Hill (Charlotte Co.). Relatives and friends assembled to witness the marriage of his daughter, Mrs. Maggie McALLISTER to Fred BROWN. At the appointed house 6 p.m. the principals appeared, the bride supported by Miss Alma BROWN and the groom by Willie HYSLOP. The marriage tie was formed by Rev. W.C. Calder.
