Among the passengers on board steamer "Falmouth" of International Line when she left Portland, Maine were Mr. and Mrs. J. Avery BROWN of Halifax, N.S. Mrs. Brown appeared in her usual health and after taking supper returned to her state room, saying she would lie down for a short time. Soon after it was found that she was dead. The lady was subject to heart disease, A casket was procured at Eastport (Maine) and the body brought to this city. The remains were taken to Halifax by last eve. train.
