Thomas C. ATHERTON, an old and respected citizen, died suddenly at his home Queen St., Fredericton, yesterday afternoon. He had been troubled with heart disease of late years, but was able to be out until yesterday morn. and at 11 o'clock took a walk down Queen St. He was 80 years old and leaves a widow, two sons and three daughters.
