Sussex (Kings Co.) April 23 - While working in front of his residence Saturday afternoon, J. Allan HALLETT was stricken with apoplexy and fell in a pool of water with his face downward. A doctor was summoned but death ensued before his arrival. Mr. Hallett was the man who first bought milk from the farmers and shipped it to St. John. This occupation proved remunerative and after some years he retired. Deceased was 70 years of age and has been a familiar figure on our streets for many years. He is survived by a wife, four daughters and a son. The funeral will take place tomorrow morn. from his residence and the remains will be interred in the family lot at Upper Corner Cemetery.
