On Sunday 20th inst., Patrick COTTER passed to his final reward. The deceased had been ill only a short time with rheumatic fever, but no one thought of any serious consequence until a few days ago. Mr. Cotter was a resident of Sussex for many years, but of late years has lived in St. John where he held a lucrative position in the employ of the Western Union Telegraph Co. He was twice married, his first wife being Miss MYERS. A wife and four children survive him. Mr. Cotter was only 32 years of age.
