Yesterday morn. as John SCRIBNER and Seymour URQUHART were driving along the ice opposite _assley's Rock, near the mouth of Belleisle Bay (Kings Co.) they found the body of a man who had frozen to death, lying on the snow. An alarm was immediately given and a crowd soon collected and the body was taken to the house of Mr. URQUHART, near Hog Island, when it was recognized to be that of James GARDINER, who had formerly resided in Kings Co.
