Died at Miscochue, 8th inst., Marguerite Chaisson GAUDET relict of Stephen Francis GAUDET, 89, left nine children, 91 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren. The deceased was the first child born in Tignish, P.E.I. On Feb. 14, 1868 she was paralyzed and became an invalid. On the 5th inst., she received a second shock of paralysis depriving her of hearing, feeling, speech and sight. She went into a deep sleep which lasted until the 8th inst. when she awoke in eternity. She was the mother of John S. GAUDET and the late Onesime GAUDET, teacher. (cross reference: Marguerite CHAISSON)
