Mrs. Jas. HENDRY, a resident of Benton (Carleton Co.) died at her home about 6 o'clock last eve. She was 85 years old and has been in failing health for some time. Seven sons and two daughters survive her. One of her sons, Donald HENDRY, now practicing medicine in New York, will be remembered as having created quite a sensation a few years ago along with his friends, Rev. HENDRY, living in Edmundston; C.T. HENDRY, in charge of the superior school at Florenceville; Joseph HENDRY, living in Minnesota; and John A. HENDRY, Canada Eastern, station agent, Gibson (York Co.)
