The funeral of Mrs. John S. MAGEE Thursday afternoon was attended by a large number of people. The mourners were Mr. Magee and his sons, Walter MAGEE and John MAGEE, John B. BALSOM of Somerville, Mass., brother; Lawrence BARTER, George HANNAH of Dufferin, uncles and John WILLS of Oak Bay, cousin of the deceased. The funeral service in the church was read by Rev. Canon Ketchum, who betrayed deed emotion, Mrs. Magee having been associated with him during her thirty years membership in the choir.
