The body of the 10 year old adopted son of Philip RICHARD of St. Mary's (Kent Co.) was found in the river near his home Tuesday. The child had been playing on a raft of deals the day before and it supposed fell into the water unobserved and when search was made for him he was nowhere to be seen.
