Mrs. Eleanor LOWE, Minnette St., West End, died suddenly Friday eve. last. She had been attending to some work about the house and was seized with giddiness. She called to John P. COUGLE , who occupies a part of her house, that she was ill. Mr. Cougle and his family rendered all the assistance possible and Mrs. Lowe seemed somewhat better and partook of a light supper. Dr. White was sent for and before his arrival a change had occurred and she was dead. The cause of death was apoplexy. Mrs. Lowe was the widow of Robert LOWE, well known millwright, who died about four years ago. The deceased was a member of the Presbyterian church, of which her husband had been an elder. The funeral will take place today.
