A quiet wedding took place at the residence of the bride's father, Wm BATEMAN, a prominent farmer living on the suburbs of Bathurst (Glouc. Co.) Wednesday 28th Sept. between Samuel EDDIE, formerly of Bathurst and Miss Ida BATEMAN. The ceremony was conducted by Rev. Tredreau, Methodist Minister. The groom was assisted by John ANTHONY, Esq. Mr. Eddie is in the employ of McNair Bros., Eel River, Restigouche.
