Amherst, N.S. The friends of James J. KERR, Inspector of Customs for Nova Scotia will hear with regret that he has received intelligence of the death of his son, Charles E.C. KERR which took place 10th Oct. while on a voyage from India to England. The deceased was only in his 20th year, but was a certified master and expected to have received charge of a ship.
