The will of the late William MAGEE was probated yesterday. The real estate is valued in the petition of the executors at $28,600 and the personal estate at $1,050. The bequests are as follows: To Alexander H. WORRL of Boston, a breast-pin and all of the deceased's fishing tackle; to John B. MAGEE, a gold wtach and chain; to Mary J. PATTON, $1,000; to Julia A. MAGEE, a niece, $500; to a sister, Annie MERRITT, the interest on $1,000 during her life, and after her death the $1,000 to be divided among her daughters; to William C. MAGEE, a nephew, two lots of land on Mecklenburg St.; to Maud C. MAGEE, a grand niece, $500; and all the residue is divided, share and share alike, between William C. Magee, John B. Magee, Thomas W. MAGEE and Frederick P. MAGEE, nephews of the deceased, who are also made the executors. Carleton & Ferguson are the proctors.
