Thomas HUGHES, painter, about 70 years of age, died suddenly at his boarding house, the Lorne, Monday morn. about 3 o'clock. Deceased was taken sick about 1:30 and Dr. Baxter was summoned. Mr. Hughes was unconscious and without having spoken a word died within an hour. Heart trouble is supposed to be the cause.
