d. Amherst Shore, N.S., 21st April, of inflammation of the lungs, Anna EMBREE, age 79, wife of William B. EMBREE and d/o late Jeremiah BROWNELL, left husband now in his 89th year, twelve children living and grandchildren and great grandchildren, seven brothers and six sisters, all of whom are living. She was the mother of thirteen children, eight boys and five girls. Her eldest daughter, Mrs. KIRBY died a few years ago leaving two children who are still living. All the family are married and settled. The funeral service was performed by Rev. Douglas Chapman.
