Mrs. Margaret ROGERS is a widow who owns a farm at Springfield (Kings Co.) Her husband died last May. She engaged John STANLEY to do work about the farm. She says he was simply hired to do chores, milk cows, keep fences in repair etc. Stanley says he was taken in to run the farm and he was to manage it on shares. He claimed to have become its owner. Differences arose and last December in a snow storm he turned Mrs. Rogers out. (see original 'A Case of Trespass')
