The body of Miss Jane LANDRY, the young lady who in her fright at the time of the "Rustler" accident jumped overboard, was found Thursday afternoon shortly after 4 o'clock by Geo. ARBO and John WHITNEY, men in the employ of E. SINCLAIR who were taking a scow from Kerr's mill wharf to Newcastle. A short distance above the wharf, about 30 rods to the west, Whitney saw the body about 100 feet from where he stood on the gunwale of the scow. The body was taken ashore and word sent to Newcastle. Word returned to bring the body to Newcastle where it was landed at Call's wharf to await the action of the coroner.
