Many citizens followed the remains of C.H. PETERS to the grave this afternoon, the funeral taking place from his residence, Union St., 3 o'clock. The services at the house and the Rural (Fernhill) Cemetery were conducted by Rev. G.M.W. Carey and Rev. W.J. Clarke. The pall bearers were A. SINCLAIR, D.H. HALL, E.L. JEWETT, James REYNOLDS, D.W. McCORMICK and Simeon JONES.
