Word was received here yesterday morn. that James GIRVAN, agent of the Peoples' Bank at Bathurst (Glouc. Co.) and eldest s/o William GIRVAN of the Bank of New Brunswick, had died yesterday morn. The cause given was bronchitis. Samuel GIRVAN, brother of the deceased, went to Bathurst yesterday to look after funeral arrangements. The deceased leaves a wife and three children.
