Woodstock, June 3 - Some days ago a farmer named Hugh GRAHAM, residing near Monument Settlement left his home to go some two miles distant. While crossing a brook on a cedar log which was felled accross the stream, he fell off, his pants catching the limb of the tree. He struggled in the water untill drowned. A few days after he was found and brought home. The deceased was 65 years of age.
