Robert McCALLUM, the young Scotchman who is to cross the Atlantic in a small boat, arrived in the city yesterday in the schooner "Forest Flower" from Margaretville, N.S. The schooner had in tow the boat in which McCallum will attempt his exploit. McCallum was born at Dundee, Scotland, 20 years ago, and has followed the sea since 1887.
