d. At his residence, Newcastle (North. Co.) 1st inst., Andrew McCORMICK, 73rd year. The departed came to this town from Ireland in May 1825. 18 years since he was united with the Baptist Church which was then under the pastoral care of Rev. E. Hickson. Funeral services were conducted by his pastor, Rev. I.E. Bill, jr. He leaves a wife, five sons and two daughters.
