A sad drowning accident occurred in Hillsborough Bay, P.E.I. on Wednesday night. Peter STEWART, farmer, took passage in a small packet which left Belle Creek with a cargo of oats on Wednesday morn. The guy accidentally loosened and the mainboom jibed, struck the deceased, knocked him overboard. Mr. Stewart was about 30 years of age, left wife, one child. (see original)
