Rosanna STEEVES widow of Joshua STEEVES died recently at the residence of her son, John STEEVES, Pollet River (West. Co.) age 87. She was one of the first settler in the place and leaves 11 children 114 grandchildren and 118 great grandchildren. She professed religion at age 16 and joined the First Baptist Church at Salisbury. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. W.W. Corey.
