By the death of Charles F. TODD, which took place at Milltown (Charlotte Co.) Thursday, the St. Croix Valley loses one of its most active business men. Mr. Todd was the third s/o late Hon. William TODD, member of the Legislativ Council. Mr. Todd was 59 years of age and leaves a wife, the d/o George M. PORTER, three sons and one daughter.
