Susan MILBURN, Hopewell (Albert Co.) is suing her husband, George MILBURN for divorce on the grounds of cruelty. The parties were married in 1868 and the alledged acts of cruelty consist of beating and biting, extending over a period of eight years. They have a family of grown children and separated in May last. The case will be tried before Judge Vanwart in October. TIMES Oct. 30 - The divorce case of Milburn vs Milburn has been amicably settled out of court. A deed of separation has been executed and the sons of the defendant have purchased the homestead and assumed the care and maintenance of the infant members of the family, sev in all. M.G. Teed was counsel for Susan Milburn, the plaintiff and W.A. Trueman of George Milburn, defendant.
