The Bridgetown, N.S. 'Monitor' says: Two weeks ago last Thursday, Joseph MITCHELL, in company with his son, a lad 16 years of age, left Hampton for Moncton, N.B. with a load of fish; and since that time no tidings of either son or father have been received. The vessel they embarked in was named "Dolphin", about 11 tons register. She was loaded very heavily. They day after the men left Hampton, a quite heavy storm arose and it is feared they perished. Much sympathy is felt for his wife and seven children. - D.T. Oct. 25 - The sloop "Dolphin" from Bridgetown, N.S. to Moncton reported missing, has turned up at Rockland having put in there for a harbor.
