d. Lower Wakefield (Carleton Co.) 15th inst., Henry A. SHAW, age 82, left aged widow, family. Deceased was a native of this Province. He and his father came to what is now called Carleton Co. in 1800 and made his first improvements in the Parish of Wakefield nearly opposite the head of Pine Island on the western side of River St. John. Deceased was the youngest son of a family of ten children - eight sons and two daughters - of the late John SHAW, Sr. who came to this Province in the year 1762 and died at age 76 at Lower Wakefield on the old homestead of his name. The aggregate sum of years of which four of his sons lived amounts to 328 years.
