The following, gleanes from the Vancouver, B.C. 'News-Advertiser' gives the account of the marriage of a former Sussex (Kings Co.) lady: On Oct. 30th, at her father's residence, 323 Princess St., by Rev. W.W. Bear, Hattie McLean FOWLER eldest d/o C.E. FOWLER and Mrs. FOWLER to G.E.T. PETTENRIDGE s/o Capt. PETTENRIDGE of New Westminter and manager of the telephone system at Nanaimo. The bridesmaids were Miss McINTYRE and Miss Lizzie FOWLER, sister of the bride. The groom was assisted by Mr. WRAY of Nainamo.
