Harrison A. McKEOWN, the youngest member of the House, was born at St. Stephen on the 28th Nov. 1861. He is a son of late Rev. H. McKEOWN, Methodist Minister. He was educated at Mount Allison College from which he graduated in 1881. He studied law with A.A. STOCKTON and A.S. WHITE, present Speaker of the House. He was admitted to the bar in 1884 and received the degree of Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University in 1885. He was first elected at the last general election. In politics an independent, opposed to the present administration. A Methodist
