On Saturday afternoon word was received in the city of a sad drowning accident at the Douglas Booms. James SINCLAIR, age about 18, while working on a catamaran fell into the water and either could not swim or was disabled, as he did not come to the surface. The accident occurred at the time of the midday lunch and very few of the men were near at the time. The body was recovered in a short time. The deceased belonged to New Maryland (York Co.)
