Yarmouth, N.S., June 18 - Miss Kate FRASER, who for a number of years has been connected with the loacl office of the W.U. Telegraph, has resigned the position and is going yp Armenia, Turkey in Asia as a missionary teacher. She will sail from New York the middle of July and visit a number of cities in Europe on the route.
