Truro, N.S., Dec. 23 - At 6:25 this morn., a terrible accident occurred at Brookfield lime quarry. The result of the explosion is the following list of deaths: Alexander McDONALD, James HOFFMAN, Edward WESSEL, Finlay McDEARMID. The wounded are Harry HINDS, badly injured; Mary HARRIS, slightly wounded. Alexander McDonald was 45 years of age and leaves a wife and five children (see original)
